Attention Medicaid Clients:
Coverage MUST BE RENEWED by May 5, 2023 - Many Health First Colorado and CHP+ members will receive a packet to renew their coverage or a prompt in the medicaid APP.
Members who fail to fill out necessary renewal information may lose their benefits and be charged for treatment services.
Please note: The address on file with PFA MUST match the address you have on file with Medicaid. If coverage is cancelled or not renewed, your services with PFA may be charged to you.
To update your address with PFA to the address you have on file with Medicaid, please email scheduler.pfa@gmail.com.

- Use the Health First Colorado app on their phone (free for Health First Colorado and CHP+ members)
- CHP+ members can call 1-800-359-1991, while Health First Colorado members can call their county human/social services department
